Superhot Team - the creators behind one of the most played games 'SUPERHOT VR'.
SUPERHOT Team is a Polish indie development studio, established August 2013, when a group of friends decided to take part in the 7 Day FPS Game Jam. It was then when SUPERHOT, the most innovative shooter many people played in years, came to be.
The team at SUPERHOT HQ is roughly 30-ish people strong right now. It's a happy collection of driven individuals with hobbies ranging from mixed martial arts and hugging people, through card games, music, arts, and startups. They work a bit, play a bit, and keep the team well fed and happy, to build great games.
Its unique main gameplay mechanism, where time moves only when you move, combined with brilliant and singular graphic style, made it a huge hit all around the world. Dozens of awards and a dedicated fan base later, SUPERHOT is just as fresh as it was on day one.
SUPERHOT’s success lead into development of SUPERHOT VR, bringing new mechanics, weapons, levels, plot, and all of this - in VR. SUPERHOT VR gathered even more positive reactions and won awards during GDC, DICE and many other events.
SUPERHOT Team is constantly working on developing new games that will push the boundaries of what’s possible in game development.

Dispatched into hostile wetlands in your tactical kayak using your paddle to steer and move stealthily through hostile and remote locations, utilise military weapons and equipment to evade and neutralise the enemy threat. The Lab offers eight different minigames, each giving a look into the unique ways that VR could interpret various video game genres. These include: an Angry Birds analogue, a tower defence game, an intergalactic shoot ‘em up, secrets galore, and the chance to become a robot mechanic. The rest aren’t really games per se, it’s more that they consider what avenues VR might go down in the future. Amongst these are an interactive solar system, detailed CT scans of the human body and a “virtual holiday” in the Icelandic wilderness, where you’re accompanied by a robotic pup.
