This privacy policy applies to vrone.co.uk and the VROne web applications owned and operated by VROne.co.uk. This privacy policy describes how VrOne collects and uses the personal information you provide on our website: vrone.co.uk, the service and products provided at VROne. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service and/or products for which the Client has engaged VrOne.

Where we store your personal data

Cookies

VROne uses a technology called "cookies" to store session information. A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, which is sent to your browser from a website's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. We use Session Cookies to track your Login status. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyse trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information. IP addresses are tied to personally identifiable information to better gauge our customers' needs and provide specific information to best serve them.

VROne uses third party software for analytics. All metric(s) information collected from your usage of the Service shall be transmitted to the analytics provider. Our Web site offers a publicly accessible blog or community forum (Support Hub). You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Linkedin and Goggle+ Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. This is additional information we collect (data collection) may be used to share with others, however, It is at your complete discretion whether you choose to do so. The additional details you provide will help us better understand you as an individual and correlate your interests with other members and website visitors, to offer a more intuitive interactive browsing experience.Within your 'Settings' you can further refine what information is shared with other members and visitors by managing your notification preferences.
